About the role :
Reporting to the Sales and Account Director, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned digital marketing consultant or a seasoned sales hunter who loves a consultative approach to sales. The successful candidate will be a true hunter, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities while helping clients achieve their digital marketing goals through effective SEO, Meta and Google Ads strategies.With a growing sales team and diverse clientele, the opportunities are endless.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales 101 - Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand your client base.
- Self‑manage and generate leads from cold calls, networking and other prospecting methods.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Present and articulate the value of our digital marketing services, including SEO and SEM campaigns on Google and Social.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, (depending on your seniority) providing support and guidance in digital marketing sales best practices.
Key attributes needed :
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.Strong knowledge of SEO / GEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.Commercially driven, self‑starting, and thrives in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent communicator who can turn complex marketing into clear business outcomesExposure to SaaS, digital marketing would be highly regarded.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.Strong project management skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environmentCertifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint will be beneficial; current knowledge of Analytics / GA4 is beneficial.Experience mentoring and guiding junior team member if applicableWhy Join Us
