WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO : As a member of the Avionics Harness Production team, you will have the opportunity to work with modern avionics components and systems, test equipment and a limited number of simple mechanical systems.

You will carry out all aspects of harness assembly, testing, troubleshooting and rework.

You will be hands on, working with tools and equipment to build and assemble electronic components of the Electron launch vehicle.Essential skillsTrade qualified in relevant industry and / or able to demonstrate 4+ years of relevant industry experiencePrecision mechanical and electrical assembly experienceOperation of mechanical, electrical and automated test equipmentHave a working understanding of standard industry ESD policyPrecision harness assembly experienceComfortable with high precision crimping, soldering and harness termination tasksComfortable working to exacting standards, including cleanliness for oxygen serviceHave a good level of eyesight and be able to inspect wiring assemblies to a high workmanship standardBe able to manufacture components to a high workmanship standard, including soldering and wire harnessingDesired SkillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenThe ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as autonomouslyAble to read, understand and follow manufacturing instructions and drawingsA high work ethic, always seeking more responsibility.
