About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
We have a 13-month fixed term opportunity for experienced Project Manager (PM). As the PM in the Rehabilitation and Treatment Programme, you’ll lead the delivery of initiatives that improve health outcomes for injured New Zealanders and sustainability of the ACC scheme. You’ll work across a diverse programme of work that includes the claims management model, the long‑term claims pool, social rehabilitation investment, and elective surgery access.
You’ll be responsible for managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-stream projects. This role requires strong collaboration with clinical, operational, and policy teams, and a focus on delivering measurable improvements in client experience and system performance.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $117,787 - $166,288 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
