Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunity

As Project Manager - Planned Programmes, you'll work with a variety of stakeholders to contract and deliver bespoke projects of work including exterior paint and re-roofing projects across the country. Projects could include engineers report, designs and council consent and involve working with external contractors in the market. You'll use project management principles to ensure your portfolio of projects are delivered on time, to budget and meet all compliance requirements. Your expertise in property fire safety provisions, refurbishment and prior practical, on the tools experience will ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully manage your portfolio.
