Senior Supplier Advisor

Looking for a procurement role where your work has a real impact? We’re looking for two Senior Supplier Advisors to join a collaborative and future-focused procurement team

About the roles

Permanent Role (Contract Management focus)

Lead contract management and procurement activities for conservation and visitor infrastructure projects.

Manage contracts under NZS 3915 and 3916 building standards.

Take ownership of tender processes and supplier relationships.

Fixed-Term Role (12 months, Procurement Delivery focus)

Deliver International Visitor Levy-funded projects such as boardwalks, water systems, and visitor centres.

Support supplier market research, establish panels, and run end-to-end procurements.

Provide additional resource to get projects underway quickly.

What you’ll bring

Strong procurement or contract management experience (public sector experience not essential).

Familiarity with construction contracts (NZS 3915 / 3916) ideal for the permanent role.

Experience running tenders, managing suppliers, and achieving outcomes on time.

A flexible, collaborative approach and confidence working across dispersed team
