Join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator in the Delivery & Change CoE, Coordination Practice! You'll be at the heart of our most critical projects, providing top-notch coordination, logistics, and governance expertise.

Partnering with Project or Program leads, you'll be the essential bridge connecting teams and stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in integrating best practices, driving continuous improvement, and leveraging our methodologies to ensure project success.

Role Location : Auckland or Wellington

Key responsibilities of the role will include the following :

  • Implementing standard project management processes, tools, and procedures
  • Supporting the management of project schedules and financials
  • Coordinating key project governance forums with various stakeholders
  • Supporting project delivery activities using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and PPM, including :

Risks & issues

  • Project reporting
  • Resource management
  • Change control
  • Stakeholder communications
  • Quality assurance

    To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :

  • A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn and try new things
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritize, plan, and coordinate activities to achieve outcomes
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, engaging across all levels of the business
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and collaboration & task management tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Confluence, JIRA)
  • An understanding of project methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., PPM)
  • Strong reporting and communication skills
