We’re looking for a passionate Head teacher to join our friendly Christchurch center in Hillmorton — a place where fun, freedom, and family are at the heart of everything we do.

Our beautiful center offers spacious (3000m2), natural outdoor areas home-cooked meals for tamariki and even a daily coffee cart should you need that essential caffeine fix!

We take pride in providing a nurturing, well-resourced environment for both tamariki and Kaiako to thrive.

About the role

• 32 hours per week , across 4 days
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 dedicated Kaiako across two classrooms (ages 3 to school age)
• Support curriculum development and reflective practice
• Foster strong communication, collaboration, and a positive team culture
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through great organizational skills
• Contribute to a fun, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued
