About Role :

Your primary role will be leading the team on shift to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests, going above and beyond to entertain & host, and ensure every guest who walks through Ferg's Bar doors has the very best experience with us.

Responsibilities :

• Greet all our guests upon arrival and ensure they are seated in a timely manner
• Oversee the service of food and beverages to our guests and exceed their expectations
• Provide an exceptional level of service in every guest interaction, anticipating needs
• Assess customers needs and preferences to make recommendations
• Create effective relationships with the Kitchen and bar team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and ambiance
• Knowledge of the menu and drinks list to assist with inquiries
