Role
This is a fixed term role until 30 June 2026, 30 hours per week. Reporting to the Head of Major Events, you will provide essential support that enables the team to host world-class events for the city. You will help keep systems running smoothly, coordinate logistics, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will support communications and databases, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials, helping the Major Events team bring events to life.
