About the role

We are on the look-out for a highly experienced and passionate Clinical Manager to lead and inspire our fabulous clinical team at Gulf Rise Village in Red Beach, North Shore, Auckland.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Reporting to the Village and Care Manager, you will be coordinating clinical service delivery and providing leadership to the clinical teams so that consistency of care is maintained.

The role will require you to work Monday to Friday and share the on-call requirement.

Some of the great things you will be doing :

Managing clinical staff through informal coaching, formal performance reviews, and ensuring that care staff are trained and supported in delivering high-quality care

Maintaining positive relationships with residents and families, encouraging proactive two-way communication

Ensure all aspects of audit preparation are undertaken

About you

You are a highly experienced Clinical Manager ideally with a background in Aged Care, looking for an exciting and rewarding new challenge leading a high performing team in our Care facility.

Here's what will help you succeed in this role :

You will be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate

5+ years' relevant aged care experience
