As our Senior Customer Services Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience at Steelfort. You’ll lead a high-performing team, oversee our customer service systems and portals, and ensure that every interaction with our customers and dealers reflects the excellence of our brand.
We’re not looking for someone who ticks every single box on paper. You may already be a proven customer service leader, or you may be ready to step up into a senior role where your skills, energy, and ideas will be valued. Either way, you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts to change, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
