Supply chain executive (Central | $3500)

End-to-End Order & Shipment Management : Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from initial processing and revision management (excluding breakage-related changes) through to ensuring timely coordination and execution of customer shipments based on schedules and product availability.

Trade Finance & Documentation : Negotiate Letters of Credit (L / C) with financial institutions and customers. Accurately prepare, process, and distribute all essential shipment and order documents, including generating Credit / Debit Note (CNDN) adjustments.

Inventory & Records Control : Maintain inventory data accuracy and proper stock control through regular record review and adjustments. Establish and manage a comprehensive e-filing system for all orders, shipments, and documentation.

Reporting & Operations : Prepare and distribute required weekly and monthly operational reports and miscellaneous business updates for stakeholders.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in relevant field

1-2 years of working experience in order processing and shipment management functions

Experience in Manufacturing, Incoterms, Import / Export documentations will be an added advantage
