What you’ll do

The Smarter Operations Specialist supports the Operations Effectiveness team, focusing on rolling out initiatives and partnering with Woolworths 360 to drive efficiency and business improvements. It involves identifying best practices and initiatives, conducting pilots, evaluating productivity benefits, and role-modeling aligned Ways of Working within Woolworths NZ.

• Identify and implement efficiency gains and process improvements within the Network, collaborating with the Woolworths 360 team.
• Determine the financial benefits and process improvements for all opportunities.
• Lead and participate in end-to-end initiatives involving internal and group stakeholders.
• Act as a strong operations voice with excellent communication skills to engage all levels of the business.
• Provide written updates on initiative tracking and review for the executive team.
