About the Role
We’re looking for an Accounts Officer to join our finance team on a part‑time basis (pro‑ratio salary), 20 hours per week, ideally spread across 5 days but we are flexible.
The Accounts Officer plays an important part in the day‑to‑day accounting and administrative functions that help the businesses operate efficiently and support our property owners, tenants, investors, and the wider business.
You’ll be part of a fast‑paced, agile environment where automation and efficiency are key. This role will support the Commercial Finance Manager across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general financial admin - helping ensure our systems and processes keep pace with our growth. You’ll also have the expertise and support of the wider Classic Group Finance Team.
Main Responsibilities
About You
Your key attributes will be your communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across the team and our stakeholders. You will be competent in working autonomously to manage your own workload ensuring acute deadlines are met and have experience in navigating and utilising finance software systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
To be suitable for this position you ideally bring 3+ years of Accounts Officer experience in a similar finance role. You will have an can‑do attitude and be willing to help out in this small team wherever is necessary.
