Marketing Manager – Drive the Future of Infrastructure with Hynds Pipe Systems

As a key member of the Hynds Pipe Systems leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an overarching marketing strategy that ensures a cohesive brand message and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Exercise effective leadership at the departmental level and drive strategic direction as a contributing member of the Hynds Pipe Systems leadership team
- Lead initiatives to forge strong internal and external alliances through expert collaboration and negotiation.
- Ensure that marketing targets and business development objectives are achieved through effective management.
- Creating overarching marketing and communication plans that unify messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop and execute brand and positioning strategies such that brand awareness and brand value increases.
- Assist category teams to develop effective go to market plans for successful product launch and optimal channel performance.
- Lead marketing involvement in new digital platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation and product information management.
- Manage relationships with key industry associations including any development and management of partnership agreements in conjunction with Hynds Group Business Unit Managers.
Key Attributes :
University degree in marketing or communications, although wider business qualifications also considered.Experienced Marketing Lead with 10 + years’ experience in high paced, multi‑channel trade environmentDigital marketing experience required.Understands how to capture the voice of the customer, develop value propositions and design strategies to enter the respective markets.An enterprise mindset, ensuring collaboration and contribution to the overall goals of the organisation.Join the Hynds team
