Te Puni Kōkiri leads policy advice to the Government on Māori development, and Iwi and Māori relations with the Crown. To do this effectively we must position ourselves to elevate our monitoring and mentoring responsibilities and emphasise our role in holding other agencies to account for delivery of public services to, for and with Māori.
The Communications team is looking for a Kaitohutohu, Pāpāho | Advisor, Communications, Strategy & Performance . In this role you will join a small, close-knit, and fun team working in the strategic and insights space , where your work will have real impact. This is great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a difference in the Te Ao Māori space . You’ll work across multiple channels, from internal communications, like pānui (newsletters), to supporting the media desk and managing digital platforms.
