Customer Services & Collections Assistant

Support students and staff by maintaining library collections and delivering excellent customer service in a vibrant academic environment.

Mō te tūka | The role

Join a welcoming team in the George Forbes Memorial Library, where you'll help students and staff access the resources they need to succeed. From managing books and serials to supporting digital content and customer service, this role is key to creating a positive learning experience.

Some tasks of the role include :

• Providing friendly, efficient service at the Library Desk
• Issuing and returning materials, and assisting with ID card functions
• Maintaining physical and digital collections for books and serials
• Supporting catalogue updates and vendor communications
• Digitising and archiving university content for long-term access
• Contributing to displays and resource promotions

Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE) at our Lincoln Campus.
