Job Description
Visiting corporates, institutions, and retailers to generate demand.
Developing relationships with builders and brokers to ensure supply.
Executing corporate marketing to attract corporate clients for bulk deals.
Driving and monitoring sales, marketing, and business development operations.
Developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination for effective customer service.
Negotiating and finalizing deals, monitoring daily activities, and ensuring proper documentation.
Overseeing collections and receivable management.
Monitoring and ensuring optimal productivity per individual.
Maintaining information systems and conducting sales call audits to ensure quality.
Recruiting in collaboration with HR and managing performance issues.
Managing relations with the marketing team to generate leads and utilizing references.
Defining training content, delivery, and audit mechanisms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be an MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing / Finance with a sales inclination.
Candidates from real estate commercial or retail broking backgrounds are preferred.

Leading a team with responsibility for target setting and achievement.
Accompanying team members on sales calls with HNI or CIP clients.
Developing and maintaining relationships with builders and brokers.
Creating and updating property databases for primary and secondary properties.
Developing new lead channels and executing corporate marketing and events.
Implementing international marketing strategies for NRIs.
Negotiating, deal finalization, and ensuring proper documentation.
Monitoring competitors and identifying potential hires.
Defining training content, delivery, and audit mechanisms.
Ensuring service quality, deal verification, and system improvements.
Managing collections and receivables.
Maintaining information systems and fostering inter-departmental relationships.
Exploring opportunities for project finance, housing loans, and promotional schemes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be an MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing / Finance with a sales inclination.
Candidates from real estate, mortgage, or banking industries (mortgage department) are preferred.
