What You'll Be Doing :

Turning design briefs into fully detailed, production-ready mechanical designs using SolidWorks.

Playing a key role in project delivery and work with initial concept engineering teams.

Providing guidance to design and graduate engineers.

Collaborating with internal teams and contractors to bring designs to life.

What We're Looking For :

A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).

Ideally 10+ years' experience in mechanical design.

Strong design skills in SolidWorks and a practical understanding of how things get built.

Exposure to automation, machinery, and system integration.

Confidence to make sound technical decisions and explain them well.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a healthy dose of curiosity.

New Zealand working rights, and flexibility for occasional travel.
