Senior Developer

Our organisation is made up of talented and committed people around Aotearoa, from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Developer to be part of a newly formed team supporting a mission-critical funding system that calculates and distributes operational grants to schools and Early Learning Services across Aotearoa.Supported by Digital Practices, the team will play a key role for the Ministry, the schools, and our learners.

Salary range $100,296 - $121,490 per annum + 3% kiwi saver.You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori.

You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.To be successful in this role, you will bring : Prior experience within the New Zealand Government would be an advantage but not essential.Proven experience using .
