The Opportunity
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract for a Commercial Analyst. Your core mission will be to deliver actionable insights that drive commercial and operational performance. This role will own the licensor royalty reporting and forecasting cycle, while also supporting the business with robust data analysis, performance reporting, and the transition of key systems – Fadel (royalty compliance) and Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end royalty reporting and forecasting process, ensuring compliance and accuracy using Fadel
- Generate and distribute core reports, including performance dashboards, and sales vs. target reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve data visibility across sales, margins, e-commerce funnel metrics, and product performance
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities, from manufacturing efficiency to slow-moving stock insights
- Support ERP transition from Ostendo to MS Business Central, ensuring data integrity and strong process governance
- Partner with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to provide data-driven insights and drive a culture of data-led decision-making
