Our award-winning, multidisciplinary team pride ourselves on being dynamic and innovative with our architectural services as well as our geotechnical, environmental, structural and civil engineering design. As a Registered Architect at Hawthorn Geddes, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects that span commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential sectors. While collaborating with the engineers and technicians you will be involved in projects from conception to completion. The retirement of one of our directors has created a unique opportunity for potential future shareholding, provided your alignment fits with our business ethos and goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead our experienced team of architectural building technicians.
- Drive existing client relationships, along with establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present design proposals, concepts, and documentation to clients for review and approval, aligning with project requirements and objectives.
- Develop architectural designs and drawings to integrate functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities, stay relevant and competitive in the market.
