The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support / Executive Assistant to join our team. In this critical role, you'll ensure seamless sales operations, provide exceptional client support, and foster efficient collaboration with internal teams. Your contributions will uphold our high service standards and support Dyno's success.This part-time role (30–40 hours per week, across 3–5 days) is based in either Invercargill or Ashburton.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Support / EA :
- Manage calendars, tasks, Meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and growth opportunities.
- Assist in creating professional presentations and materials for client interactions.Administration :
- Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation with precision.
- Work closely with internal departments to facilitate seamless order processing and delivery.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients and internal teams.Client Support & Account Management :
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or web, ensuring timely resolution.
- Schedule and coordinate client visits for Sales Representatives.Data & CRM Management :
- Manage sales emails, maintain CRM data, and generate reports to support project needs.Proactive Sales Activities :
- Prospect call, generate leads, follow up on proposals, and expand networks using current tools and taking the initiative with proactive phone calls. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales support, executive assistant, or internal sales role.
- Familiarity with conveyor systems or industrial equipment (advantageous but not essential).
- Exceptional client-facing skills with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Strong teamwork abilities aligned with Dyno's values.
- Excellent time / task management and organizational skills, including calendar management and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, order processing, and data analytics.
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
