Our innovative survey team works together to transform the spaces where we live, work and play. We provide surveying services for large infrastructure, construction, land development, geodetic, 3D modelling, topographic and cadastral projects across the country and overseas.
Our national survey team has 70 Surveyors, including 12 Licensed Cadastral Surveyors, many international ex-pats and a strong annual graduate intake. This mix of experience makes Beca a diverse, rewarding and dynamic place to develop your career.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Surveyor. Our surveyors are involved in all aspect of survey and our team are leading the way when it comes to new technology and innovation; with access to all the latest scanners, drones, survey equipment and processing software. This is a great opportunity to progress your survey career and take leadership in the delivery of projects, develop trusted advisor-client relationships and contribute to our national survey business.
You are joining a large multidisciplinary firm where you will find the opportunity to be involved in large and varied national and international projects working with utilities, transport and local government clients. We will give you the tools, support and most importantly, the right level of challenge to enable you to excel in the role.
Ko wai koe | About you
You will have a wide range of survey experience with a couple of years of post-graduation experience. Ideally you will be a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or on the way to becoming Licensed however this is not a mandatory requirement and we would look to support you to become Licensed if you wish too.
More importantly, we are looking for someone who embraces challenges, promotes innovation and leads with a mindset of continual improvement. You will be a value-driven person who enjoys sharing the successes of your colleagues and delivering excellence for your clients. You will have a desire to grow your skills and develop yourself professionally, as well as assist with mentoring and developing junior staff.
