After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyse data across multiple channels.We need someone who : Is fluent in SEO, PPC, Email, Social, ProgrammaticKnows GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRMs and automation tools inside outLoves the B2B space and building high-performing lead funnelsCan talk confidently with clients and explain complex ideas simplyLives and breathes performance data and CROWants to grow – and help us grow tooIn this role, you'll : Manoeuvre digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycleClearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needsProvide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholdersBuild and implement end-to-end digital strategiesManage paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, email, content, and automationMonitor and optimise digital performance and conversionWork closely with clients to align strategy to business goalsLead performance reporting, insights and recommendationsCollaborate with creatives, strategists, and account leadsSupport new business and contribute to agency growthYou'll need : 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally agency-sideProficiency in Google Ads, Meta, GA4, CRMs and marketing automation toolsStrong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer journeysExcellent client-facing and presentation skillsConfidence using data to drive decision-makingYou can be based inAuckland or Tauranga.This is afull-timeopportunity.
