As a qualified team member (Degree or Diploma in Communications / Marketing or equivalent 3+ years experience in a Social Media Marketing role), you'll need to be self-driven and forward-thinking.

Confidence is key as you'll be creating, editing, and implementing social media strategies, content, and social media paid advertising campaigns.

Naturally, you'll have a good grasp of marketing strategy, insights, and performance metrics.

But it's not all about numbers—you'll also need to be a creative with top tier interpersonal and written communication skills and a keen eye for the details.What You'll Be Doing : As part of our team, you'll be responsible for : Engaging with clients to align marketing plans and define objectivesPlanning, creating, and implementing high-quality written and visual content for organic and paid social media campaignsAnalysing organic and paid marketing performance and producing insightful client reportsWorking alongside our creative team on projectsCopywriting, project management, and brand strategyManaging paid social campaigns and budgetsBeing one of the go-to social media gurus at Design JuicePlus, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience across many agency functions, including account management.Must-Haves : To be our main squeeze, you'll need : 2+ years' experience managing Meta Ad campaigns, ideally across both lead generation and conversion-focused objectives.

Bonus if you've dabbled in other paid social platforms too.Confidence running A / B tests, setting up campaigns with clear goals, and optimising performance based on real-time dataHands-on experience with UTM tracking, Meta Events Manager, Meta Pixel, and Meta Commerce ManagerA strong grasp of social media strategy, plus solid experience using Meta Business Manager to publish content across the right channels and audiencesSuperb copywriting skills and an sharp eye for detailExperience in creating Email Marketing Newsletters (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)Expert time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to spot opportunities, assess strategies, and pivot when neededProficiency in video content creation and editingExperience in image creation and editing using tools like CanvaAre you ready to juice up your career?
