About the Role :
The People & Culture Systems & Process Improvement Lead plays a vital role in transforming the digital infrastructure that underpins HR operations. This role focuses on optimising key systems such as SuccessFactors, SharePoint, and Skillsoft to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for both employees and HR teams. By analysing the current systems landscape and identifying areas for improvement, the role ensures that platforms are well-integrated, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. The aim is to drive consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across People & Culture processes.
Working closely with internal Technology teams, the role leads initiatives to automate manual processes and implement innovative digital solutions that support a modern and agile workforce. The successful candidate will bring strong project management, analytical, and collaboration skills to guide cross-functional efforts that enhance system performance and the overall employee experience.
