Are you an experienced veterinarian ready to take the next step into leadership? We’re looking for a confident and capable Team Leader – Veterinary Services to join our Auditing Services team. This unique hybrid role combines people leadership with hands-on veterinary fieldwork, providing variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a real impact in New Zealand’s rural sector.

As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a team that delivers contracted auditing and assurance services across your region. You’ll manage team performance, ensure service standards are met, drive engagement and wellbeing, and support continuous improvement across operations. Field delivering will be required for veterinary services—including export certification, on-farm assurance, and biosecurity support—helping to protect the integrity of New Zealand’s agricultural exports.
