About the role
We are looking for 2 × Pou Haapai Kounga (Quality Assurance Support) kaimahi to work in our Quality Assurance team. Quality Assurance is a vital part of our organisation to ensure that the quality of care is carried out through our enablement team so our frontline kaimahi can focus on what matters most : caring for our whānau!
As a Pou Haapai Kounga (Quality Assurance Support) you will assist in both Operations Support and Quality Assurance spaces with administrative tasks and physical outputs, and may also support other units or senior leadership from time to time. This entry‑level position involves process and policy checks, audits, health and safety (accident and incident management) and general auditing work. Business‑as‑usual tasks include ordering and procurement, vehicle fleet management and low‑level auditing.
Flexibility is essential as you may be required to travel between Taumarunui and Waikato when needed. This is a full‑time role from Monday to Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm.
