What you’ll do
- Champion Customer Service : Be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure Store Accuracy : Maintain precise inventory control, verify stock, conduct stocktakes, and meticulously perform all price‑integrity routines.
- Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation : Accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.
- Support Daily Operations : Collaborate effectively with the team and "swarm" to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.
- Prioritise Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
