We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Paid Search Manager based out of our 6-star offices in the Britomart. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid search that exceed business growth and revenue targets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and execute Paid Search strategy focused on the New Zealand market
• Develop high-converting campaigns across Google Ads & Bing
• Ensure SQLs meet best practice standards by monitoring NSO rates, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve lead quality and pipeline efficiency
• Manage a monthly budget with a relentless focus on CPA and ROAS
• Regularly test, learn, and optimise with advanced bidding strategies and data segmentation
