The programme will give you an opportunity to experience a wide range of exciting positions, build your cultural capability and gain exposure across our diverse company.The programme is made up of a series of practical placements which could include areas like milk supply, on farm excellence and getting out in the regions.
These placements are designed to build your understanding of the dairy industry through on the job experience.
You'll get the opportunity to network, learn from subject matter experts and develop the skills and knowledge that will give you a solid foundation to build your agribusiness career.Our graduates undertake placements in a variety of teams across a two-year period.
Opportunities will vary year-on-year depending on business needs, but there's always something that will create a unique learning experience for you.By the end of the programme, you will have had the opportunity to expand on the knowledge you have gained throughout your studies and apply it to the unique, exciting, and challenging environment.
Through the different rotations, you will learn what it means to be part of a New Zealand's largest employer and be a part of a co-operative owned by New Zealand farmers.
