Senior Product Designer

Overview

Senior Product Designer to join Tracksuit’s Survey team. Responsible for designing end-to-end survey experiences—from internal tools for scripting and deploying surveys, to data-quality systems and engaging respondent experiences. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and research specialists to ensure data quality, operational scale, and user trust.

Responsibilities

• Design internal tools that streamline operations for Survey Operations and Insights teams; create, edit, and deploy surveys; champion workflows that maintain survey data integrity from category setup to question scripting and logic validation; simplify complex systems into intuitive interfaces.
• Craft excellent respondent experiences across devices and demographics; apply UX best practices to improve completion rates and ensure engaging, accessible interfaces; consider tone, flow, and microinteractions.
• Support data quality at scale by building systems to reach the right audiences with the right content and reduce manual error.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into survey workflows; collaborate with engineers and data scientists to ensure AI-powered features are helpful, explainable, and trusted.

Base pay range

NZ$140,000.00 / yr - NZ$160,000.00 / yr
