The role involves managing a service in Huntly with experience in a health or social care setting. You will maintain an upbeat, positive manner and a genuine passion for helping people participate in their local and wider communities.
Our ambition is to enable people we support to achieve the “Best Life Possible,” with the people we support at the forefront of their own plan. Previous experience of managing services and teams within a social care setting is essential.

You may be required to work flexibly, potentially developing other services in nearby locations, or supporting other services and Service Leaders. You will work closely with your Regional Manager, who provides guidance and support.
Key responsibilities include effective communication, needs assessment, positive risk management, and creating dynamic plans. You will audit and manage quality assurance systems and understand resource management. Service Leaders report to the Regional Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to register with the SSSC if not already registered, or hold an appropriate registration. They will also need to have or undertake an SVQ 4 or equivalent qualification to meet registration conditions.
Community Integrated Care operates a centralized on‑call system, so there are no on‑call duties in this role. You should be comfortable using basic IT systems; training is available. A professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units in Scotland / Care Management Level 3 in England) is preferred.
