ABE (Auto Body Equipment Ltd) is a trusted supplier to Automotive Collision repair, Commercial, aviation and Marine industries across New Zealand.

We work closely with national and international partners and pride ourselves on professionalism, long-term relationships, and technical excellence.

We're now looking for a Distributor Manager based in Auckland to help grow our presence.

This is a senior, hands-on role focused on building strong relationships and growing sales—especially in paint consumables for the automotive, commercial, marine, and collision repair sectors.

What You'll Do :

Grow monthly sales through distributors and direct customers

Support and train distributors on new and existing products

Build & maintain strong relationships across the industry

Develop sales plans and identify new opportunities, and implement growth strategies

What You'll Bring :

A great attitude willing to learn, to sales in consumables & capital equipment

Strong understanding of the industry

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Full NZ driver's licence and NZ residency

Motivation, resilience, and a hands-on proactive attitude
