About the Role

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) team.

The successful applicant will be able to provide effective and efficient high level administrative and office support.

They will have a good understanding of the use and application of data and the ability to feedback the data findings in a comprehensive format.

They will need to be confident and dexterous with digital technology.

This is a part-time position.

Hours of work will be 20 hours per week, this includes weekend work.

Work will be between 7.30am – 5pm.

The days and hours will be discussed at the time of the interview.

About the Team / Service

The IOC is a team and space designed to make sure the daily running of our hospitals is safe and effective.

The IOC covers patient flow, nursing and health care assistant staffing levels, the management of incidents, and other day-to-day issues that affect multiple areas of the hospital.

• Proven experience in a people-facing administration role.
• Proven ability to work at a senior level.
• Proficient knowledge of computer programmes including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
