Are you ready to take your physiotherapy career to the next level?
TBI Health is looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our Wellington Central clinic full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with the option to spend 2 days at our Newtown clinic.
This is a diverse and rewarding role where you'll provide senior clinical support to our team while managing a variety of cases across ACC, private clients, and insurers.
You'll have the chance to play to your strengths, mentor junior staff, and contribute to service improvement.
We're looking for someone with strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for working in a multidisciplinary team.
Networking with referrers and helping promote our services will also be part of your mahi.

About the Wellington Central Team
Our Wellington Central clinic is home to a diverse and skilled multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, occupational and vocational therapists, hand therapists, and psychologists.
We work closely with local specialists, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators to deliver coordinated, high-quality care for our clients.
The team of 11 is energetic, welcoming, and social — we enjoy morning tea quizzes, waterfront walks at lunch, and after-work drinks.
We're proud of our work in equity and cultural capability, partnering with Maori health providers and local iwi to ensure inclusive, culturally aware care.
Situated in the heart of the CBD with stunning waterfront views, the clinic offers a vibrant, supportive, and fun workplace.
About You
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist with a minimum of 4 years' clinical experience and a physiotherapy degree.
You will thrive in a multidisciplinary environment, working collaboratively while confidently managing a diverse client base.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 4 years' clinical experience and a physiotherapy degree
Strong clinical skills across a diverse client base
Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff (desirable)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proactive, positive, and solution-focused mindset
Commitment to professional development and high-quality client care
Current NZ practicing certificate, Professional Body membership, and indemnity insurance
