As a Senior Design Draughtsperson, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering engineering change proposals and configuration control projects that directly support defence capability.
You'll work across multiple projects, collaborating with engineers, project managers, and technical authorities to ensure every drawing meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

About you
You are a seasoned draughtsperson with over 7 years of experience in electrical or technical engineering environments.
You thrive in complex, multi-project settings and bring a sharp eye for detail, strong CAD skills, and a deep understanding of engineering change processes.
You're confident making technical decisions, mentoring others, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Your communication is clear, your documentation is precise, and your passion for continuous improvement makes you a valuable asset to any engineering team.

Electrical draughting and CAD proficiency
Technical documentation and drawing standards

Key Required Qualifications
Over 7 years of relevant technical / engineering experience
Proficiency in engineering design and simulation software
Strong computer literacy across technical platforms
Familiarity with statutory design and safety regulation
