Customer Experience Caller

Important Information :

Applicants must be residing in New Zealand and legally entitled to work here. This position is offered as a contractor role, not an employment position. About the Role :

We're looking for articulate, attentive, and professional individuals to join our new Ripple Customer Experience service . In this role, you will make phone-based customer experience review calls on behalf of our clients, capturing honest, detailed feedback to help businesses improve their service standards.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct structured phone interviews with customers, using active listening to understand their experiences.
• Ask clear, concise, and non-leading questions to capture accurate insights.
• Record and report feedback in a professional and organised manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Represent our brand with warmth, clarity, and credibility.
