We're searching for our next Senior Marketing Manager to shape global brand storytelling and lead bold, creative campaigns for our Baby Brands in the Social and Content Lead!

Lead the development and implementation of global content strategies that deliver business impact for all current and future Baby Vertical Brands.

Setting the creative vision, tone of voice, and visual directionContribute to Annual Brand Planning to set Content Objectives that help accomplish vertical big betsOwn end-to-end management of Global Content Campaigns, from ideating ideas aligned with Brand objectives to translating insights into compelling strategies across scrappy and polished content formatsBriefing and managing external partners in close collaboration with the Creative Team and Brand Marketing Team, overseeing and allocating global production budget for best ROI, and overseeing creative delivery with the support of team members, providing clear and constructive feedback.Partner with the Digital Team to proactively suggest test & learn opportunities, monitor content performance, and drive continuous improvement of campaignsCollaborate with Media Partners, leveraging their resources and expertise to ideate campaigns and enhance performanceLead owned channel strategy and oversee execution for Baby Vertical Brands across TikTok, Instagram, Website, Facebook, and EDM by driving audience growth through best-in-class content delivery that improves community engagement and sentiment, overseeing content planning for all channels including content calendars, copywriting, and creative executionDrive regular reporting across all owned content efforts with clear test & learn agenda that shapes continuous content improvementLead the scale-up of the Baby Content Engine for all brands, including global scrappy and polished content production across core platforms like TikTok & Reels, establishing processes that keep Baby brands at the forefront of creative trends, platform innovation, and competitor activity while producing at scaleDeveloping globally scalable content production that empowers local markets to execute content strategies aligned with global standards while allowing for local customisation, and researching any new platforms or tools to support content production at scaleCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, creative, commercial) to ensure content strategies are aligned with business priorities and offer best-in-class to key markets globallyLead and grow the Baby Content Team by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to ensure high performance, creative excellence, and operational efficiency, setting clear expectations and empowering team members through strong processes, role clarity, and creative inspiration, and overseeing team workflow in line with wider business prioritiesChampion the role of content within the business, building strong internal relationships and advocating for the role of content in delivering brand & business outcomesSkills & Experience5+ years' experience in content marketing, brand, or social media management, ideally with exposure to global or fast-paced brandsProven ability to plan and deliver content campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to optimisationStrong track record in social-first content, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with results in driving growth and engagementAwareness of pop culture, social trends, and platform innovation, with the ability to turn them into relevant, brand-right contentExperience in building and managing social content calendars across multiple channelsHands-on experience in content production (both scrappy and polished), with the ability to scale campaigns and adapt for local audiencesExcellent organisation and project management skills, balancing multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience mentoring or leading others, fostering collaboration and creativity within a teamConfident in using data and insights to test, report, and refine content strategiesPassionate about storytelling and brand building, with a commercial mindset and eye for creative detailExcitement to contribute to our office culture!
