Guest Service Ambassador - Wellington CBD at Compass Group New Zealand. Welcome with warmth. Create unforgettable guest experiences. This is a Primary Full-time role, Monday to Friday, at a high-end corporate site in Wellington CBD.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a confident and service-driven Guest Services Ambassador to join our team at a high-end corporate site in Wellington CBD . You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and guests, delivering a five-star welcome and ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and memorable.

Your Responsibilities

Greet and escort guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable arrival experience.

Provide concierge-style support including room setups, IT assistance, and catering coordination.

Maintain immaculate reception and waiting areas, ensuring a premium presentation at all times.

Respond to guest requests and feedback with discretion, urgency, and care.

Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to deliver a seamless guest experience.

About You

Proven experience in a guest-facing role, ideally in a 4- or 5-star hospitality or corporate environment.

Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence.

Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office, booking systems, and phone systems.

Flexible, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Immaculate personal presentation and a genuine passion for customer service.

Be hands on and happy to help out with other departments as and when required.
