Minimum 16 hours a week, with a pitential to pick up more shifts.

As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a pleasant stay.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs, assist with guest queries, and provide recommendations for local attractions.

Daily tasks include managing reservations, maintaining guest records, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-paced environmentPrevious experience in hospitality or hotel management is a plusProficiency in using booking and reservation software
