The Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Lead to turn AI-driven innovation into product reality. You’ll work closely with our CTO - who prototypes and pushes the edge of what’s possible - and lead a small, highly technical team to deliver fast, high-quality, and reliable product releases.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership , team development , and AI-native engineering practices . You’ll translate ideas into execution, shape the engineering culture, and evolve the platform as we grow toward our pre-seed round and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a small but growing team of engineers (currently 3) to deliver high-impact features quickly and safely.
• Work directly with the CTO to translate vision and innovation into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Build scalable, maintainable systems across backend, AI integration, and platform layers.
• Champion engineering excellence - CI / CD, observability, testing, reliability.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted and AI-generated code in day-to-day engineering.
• Foster an experimentation culture while maintaining velocity and quality.
• Help recruit and mentor engineers as the team expands.
