Support Staff – Part Time (Condell)

About the role

Join our team as a part-time Support Staff member based in Papanui,Christchurch, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents in a warm, home-like setting.

You'll support them with everyday activities such as shopping, meal preparation, household chores, personal care, and community outings.

This role offers a meaningful opportunity to build trusted relationships and provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs.

Please note : The shifts are primarily evening shifts (3-8), but there are a couple of morning shifts too.

Ideal qualifications

Ideally, you'll have an NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 or equivalent along with :

A positive attitude to supporting people with learning disability.

A full New Zealand driver's licence (essential).

Great communication skills (written and verbal).
