    About the Role

The Associate Lead Training and Education position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist with a passion for training and education to step into a leadership role within the Pharmacy Service. Share your love of learning and your broad pharmacy skills with others. Clinically trained with plenty of hospital ward experience you will use your skills and experience to lead, mentor and coach others.

Enjoy funding for further studies, courses, and conferences, as well as full support for your APC and membership fees. We offer competitive remuneration, 5 weeks of annual leave after 5 years of service, and additional long service leave, ensuring a rewarding balance between your career and personal life.

The salary for this position will be based on experience and in line with the Te Whatu Ora PSA Allied, Public Health, Scientific & Technical Collective Agreement. Additional benefits include kiwisaver contributions (if eligible), professional development and wellness support.
