We are looking for full time and part time Support Workers to work alongside, coach and mentor rangatahi and tamariki in our Residential Services.
Experience and knowledge of Te Ao Maori would be advantageous for this position.
What does a Support Worker do?
| He aha te mahi a te Kaimahi Tautoko Our Support Workers assist rangitahi and tamariki who access our services to live as independently as possible in their community.
You will : Work as a team to ensure consistency in your approach.
Support tamariki or rangitahi to go to school or access education.
Observe and respond to health concerns or support the overall health and wellbeing of the young person Support rangitahi / young people to work towards and attain their goals and improve outcomes.
