Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.
- Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and “swarm” to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.
- Execute operations & lead team : follow routines for accurate, on‑time process completion and lead your “swarm” to ensure work is done correctly.
- Manage workforce & development : assist with optimized scheduling, oversee multi‑skilling, recruitment, succession planning, and lead onboarding and training.
- Champion safety & compliance : promote a safe and healthy environment by following protocols, reporting hazards, and monitoring compliance procedures.
- Resolve issues proactively : timely escale process‑related issues to your Function Lead for quick resolution.
- Contribute to store leadership : act as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and foster team collaboration through “Better Together” connections.
