On a daily basis you will offer exceptional in-store and after-sales service, answer queries and assist customers with purchasing decisions, maintain stock integrity, merchandising and improve product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.Key responsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service and sales support.Assist customers in selecting plants, fertilizers, tools and garden hardware.Offer in-store and after-sales service and answer customer queries.Maintain stock integrity and merchandising.Improve product knowledge to enhance customer experience.Qualifications & ExperienceGreat enthusiasm for customer service and sales.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Confident in using a computer and ability to learn new systems quickly.Strong attention to detail, adaptable and flexible.Physical capability to manage manual handling aspects of the role (manual handling, prolonged standing, ladder use).
Awareness of Health & Safety.Knowledge of plants and garden products is essential.We OfferFull-time position, rostered Sunday – Thursday, fixed term through end of February
