This is your chance to support and mentor a close-knit team, while representing a leading brand in the sustainable fashion sector.ResponsibilitiesWorking collaboratively alongside the Store Manager to drive sales success and foster a positive work environment.Provide exceptional customer service by forming genuine connections with repeat customers, offering a high-end styling service and comprehensive breadth of product knowledge.Assist with all stock management, administrative duties, and any staffing management support required.Drive in-store operational excellence with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store.The ideal candidate willHave a genuine enthusiasm for luxury fashion and sustainability.Be a motivated team player with a positive outlook and a drive to achieve team sales targets.Have previous management experience in a retail / customer service environment.Work hoursThe successful applicant will be working Tuesday – Friday, 10.30am - 4.30pm, Saturdays 10am - 4.30pm (approx. 28 hrs a week with the potential for additional hours when required).
