The Opportunity

MidCentral provides an excellent grounding for ENT Registrars looking to grow and develop their skills as a provider of tertiary cancer and a wide range of general otolaryngology surgical services MidCentral undertakes a range of complex surgeries with superb learning opportunities as well as hands on operating time and outpatient clinics. Dedicated teaching sessions for registrars by consultants every week. Once monthly regional CPD Half Day sessions and RACS accredited trainee position in the unit makes for an attractive ENT Unit to work in.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have :

  • Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. You can check your eligibility for registration by visiting the Council's website at
  • Completed PGY2 year or equivalent.
